We have realized a huge number of construction sites, we have been working in cooperation with many partners and design studios and after all we came to the conclusion, that designers and project developers cannot deliver proper quality, if they are working on freelance. Very few of them can provide high quality of projects’ realization, a lot of the faults and flaws they admit not obligatory will be noticed by the customer, indeed he will experience the difference on the budget of his project. We have seen a number of such examples, when lack of experience of a designer or a project developer are paid by the Customer with 5000 USD and even more, but the Customer does not have enough information about pricing of projects and the proper quality that has to be achieved. For reasons of economy he can invite companies which are on a problem list for realization of the project, or freelancers, or young designers with no experience and knowledge. He might never know, for how much less money and with which outstanding quality his project could potentially be realized, and he does not understand that in hurry and willing to save his money today – he will definitely lose higher amounts in future.

A huge number of design and construction companies are presented on the market. They are mostly 1 to 3 years old. Their experience is very short, as well as their portfolio, in addition they may consist of “stolen” projects (which have been realized by other companies). They offer to their clients better price and better service, which completely satisfy the Customer at the beginning (and meanwhile, they have no idea about how to realize the project). These companies are not clear about budget of the Customer or information about materials presented on market, their amounts or ways of their import into the country. After that, we see the following: delivery period of the construction materials from 3 to 6 months, and the Customer is wasting his time waiting for them, losing money and time, although he could have moved in his new flat or house long time ago. Project specification has plenty of mistakes, very far from high professional level, made by inexperienced specialists. Cutting and section drawings are made incorrectly, construction units and drawings are realized incompetently, and sometimes you meet incompetent constructors too…at that moment you see the difference from work, that real professionals deliver. Their pose minimum of questions and deliver good quality, and beside their warranty they give their Customer confidence and understanding of what a BUDGET of a project is, without exceeding it. (P.S: The budget can be drawn up already at the stage of reception of the technical task).
